Famed for his hectic lifestyle, love of good foods and super-cool fashion sense, Oliver Proudlock is used to living life in the fast lane and regularly looks for simple life hacks to complement his busy schedule. Yet nothing could have prepared him for his most recent challenge of whipping up a delicious salmon taco dish when under pressure. And by under pressure, there a few things more hectic and high speed than the fairground waltzer.

Filmed at a London based funfair, Proudlock was challenged to take part in the hilarious task by The Saucy Fish Co, whose latest research identifies that almost half of Brits are looking for simple life hacks to ease the pressures of cooking and juggling hectic evening routines.  

The research, which surveyed 2000 UK consumers identified that 43% of Brits believe cooking is the number one task that detracts from free time, with over a quarter (28%), saying that the effort it takes to prepare a tasty meal often leads to them ordering takeaway to free up precious time.

With his hectic, always-on-the-go lifestyle, Proudlock is a prime example of someone that favours life hacks but won’t forgo great taste and flavour from his foods.
