During your stay you’ll enjoy the ultimate experience at Salcombe Gin’s waterside Distillery, Gin School and Tasting Bar. The experience starts at The Boathouse with a ‘Salcombe & Tonic’ in hand whilst the distiller gives a guided tour of the distillery. You will then head over to their outstanding distilling laboratory for adults and take charge of a mini-copper pot still to develop and distil your bespoke 70cl bottle of gin to share. During distillation you will sample, name and bottle your gin, before placing it in a presentation box with a personalised label. Your experience will conclude enjoying an additional measure of your gin in their waterside bar.

Salcombe Gin will also present you with a bottle of their exceptional rosé gin ‘Rosé Sainte Marie’ to enjoy at home. Named after the iconic ‘Sainte Marie’ lighthouse which marks the Southern entrance to the Old Port of Marseille, from where 19th century Salcombe Fruit Schooners would load citrus fruits and herbs bound for England’s ports. ‘Rosé Sainte Marie’ is inspired by the aromas, flavours and lifestyle of the South of France and is a delicate, fresh and truly exquisite gin with no added sugar.
